Be on the lookout for DRESS CLOTHES and DRESS SHOES for the boys, in addition to the usual socks, underpants and undershirts. With the huge need for sports gear this past year, the need for church clothes was slightly overlooked and when I left, many of the boys were wearing pants that were too short, shoes that were too tight, and shirts that were too old.

They are so handsome! I'll pass on the word about the dress clothes need. We have a TON of clothes and shoes we are waiting to take. I'll make sure dress clothes get priority. Now for a weird question: Underware... When I went last time I brought each of our children their own underware, socks, shoes, and undershirts for the boys. What was funny was the look they gave me at the underware. I don't know if they were embarrassed that I would give it to them or if it was because of the kind I picked out. They were colored briefs. I'm wondering if it's totally not what they usually wear and they are worried about the other boys seeing them in strange undies...or do you think it was more of an "AWWW MOM" kind of thing? :)

I think they had probably never seen colored underwear before. It's all white. And definitely no boxers - they were horrified at the idea of boxers.
